Cheque Bounce Notice (Section 138, NI Act)

Send immediately after the bank returns a cheque (for "funds insufficient", "exceeds arrangement", "payment stopped", "account closed" and similar). The 30-day deadline from receiving the return memo is strict — missing it loses the criminal remedy.
