How to execute
Print on stamp paper, sign, and get it attested by a Notary.
Execute on non-judicial stamp paper of the value prescribed by your state Stamp Act (stamp duty varies by state and may depend on the capital) and have it notarised. Then register the firm with the state Registrar of Firms: under Section 69 of the Indian Partnership Act, 1932, an unregistered firm cannot sue third parties to enforce its contracts.
